Starring some of the big stars in the Indian Film Industry, Dil Dhadakne Do is a one-of-a-kind movie. It has it all, family drama, a cruise with incredible locations, and good songs. We all loved the movie and danced our hearts out to Gallan Goodiyaan, but did you know that the song is an entirely one-shot song?

Aamir Khan lent his voice for the dog Pluto Mehra. This was also the first time in Bollywood that the movie was narrated by a dog.
After their roles as husband and wife in Bajirao Mastani, Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh were a bit unsure about their roles as brother and sister. But Farhan Akhtar convinced them to go ahead with the movie.
The relationship between Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh in the movie was inspired by the real-life relationship between Farhan Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar.
The directors first choice for Kabir Mehra was Ranbir Kapoor, but he declined the role as he was busy with Bombay Velvet. Then the role went to Ranveer Singh.
After Ranbir Kapoor opted out due to his busy schedule, Kareena Kapoor denied the role of Ayesha Mehra, as she was really excited to work with her cousin. The role was then offered to Priyanka Chopra.
Anil Kapoor was unsure about his role as Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra's father in the movie, specifically because Zoya Akhtar (director) wanted him to sport a mop of grey hair.
