The legendary Kamal Haasan recently received the IIFA award for Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema from the legendary A.R Rahman this year. His work in the industry dates back to 1959 when he first starred in a Tamil film Kalathur Kannamma as a child actor. He completed 60 years in the film industry in 2020.

1. Sadma (1983): Kamal Hassan showcased his versatility in this emotional film, also known as "Moondram Pirai" in Tamil. He played the role of a man who takes care of a woman suffering from amnesia, portrayed by Sridevi.

2. Nayakan (1987): Portraying the character of Velu Naicker, a Mumbai-based Tamil gangster, Kamal Hassan delivered a remarkable performance in this crime drama directed by Mani Ratnam.
