THE WORLD’S BIGGEST CELEBRATION OF INDIAN CINEMA THE INTERNATIONAL INDIAN FILM ACADEMY (IIFA) AWARDS ANNOUNCES IT’S HIGHLY ANTICIPATED 2024 NOMINATIONS

Ranbir Kapoor-starrer ‘Animal’ reigns with 11 nominations, closely followed by Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt-starrer ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ earning 10 nominations.

 

Shah Rukh Khan's 2023 action blockbusters, Jawan and Pathaan, have both earned seven nominations each in the Popular Category.

 

19th August 2024, Mumbai: The grandest celebration of Indian cinema on the global stage, the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, unveils the full list of IIFA 2024 Popular Category Nominations. Renowned for its unparalleled international reach and immense global appeal, the highly anticipated 24th edition of IIFA is poised to bring together the most brilliant stars, visionary filmmakers, and industry leaders from India and across the world to celebrate the magic of Indian cinema.

The highly anticipated IIFA 2024 nominations have been revealed, with Ranbir Kapoor's ‘Animal’ leading the pack with 11 nods. Close behind is Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt's ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, which earned 10 nominations. Shah Rukh Khan's 2023 action hits, ‘Jawan’ and ‘Pathaan’, have each garnered 7 nominations in the Popular Category, while Vikrant Massey's ‘12th Fail’ secured 5 nominations.
